Holiday / PTO (Paid time off):
- Salary employees are entitled to 8 days of holiday pay annually
- Salary employees earn 5.0 hours of PTO each pay cycle for total of 15 days annually

- $20.00 office visit co-pay if preferred provider (2 plans to choose from)

- Deductions are taken on a pre-tax basis each pay period
Flexible Spending – Provider: Ceridian
- Flexible Spending Accounts allow consultants to deduct up to $2,000 pre-tax for eligible health care expenses and up to $5,000 pre-tax for eligible dependent care expenses for reimbursement
Dental Insurance – Provider: Humana
- PPO Plan
- $25 year deductible per person in-network
- Deductions are taken on a pre-tax basis each pay period
- Vision discount plan is part of Humana coverage
401K – Provider: ADP
- W2 consultants are eligible to participate with no waiting period
- Consultant enrolls via the ADP website or toll-free number
- First deduction is made on the second paycheck after start date
- The plan is managed by the consultant via web or toll-free number.
